Issue Letter of Requirements	For FEHD: Letter of Requirements / comment is being prepared. For other departments: Referral has been made to these departments for comment or the departments have received the referral and Letter of Requirements / comment is being prepared.	Letter of Requirements is issued to the applicant and/or positive comment has been provided to FEHD.	Supplementary information or clarification is required before action can be further taken; Another plan is received and no further reply will be made on the one being superseded; or The department considers the referral from FEHD as inappropriate.	Negative comment is provided to the applicant or FEHD; for HAD, opposing views collected from the public is implied	No action is required yet; or Activity is not applicable for the concerned department.
Process Revised Plan	A revised plan is received and being reviewed.	The revised plan is reviewed with positive comment.	Supplementary information or clarification is required; or Another plan is received and no further reply will be made on the one being superseded.	Negative comment is provided to the applicant or FEHD.
Handle Report of Completion	A report of completion is considered valid* and being verified.	Compliance inspection has been conducted.	-	-
Provide Result of Inspection	This icon appears as soon as compliance inspection has been conducted.	The result of inspection is provided with positive comment.	Supplementary information or clarification is required before result can be confirmed.	Negative comment is provided to the applicant or FEHD.
Confirm Licence or Compliance Certificate/Letter/Memo Ready	This icon appears as soon as the result of inspection is provided with positive comment.	For FEHD, the licence application has been approved with notification made to the applicant for collecting the licence. For Regional Office of FSD, the Fire Services Certificate has been issued. For Ventilation Division of FSD, the Letter of Compliance is not required or the previous Letter of Compliance is still valid, or the Letter of Compliance has been issued or the memo confirming certification has been sent to FEHD.	For Ventilation Division of FSD, the Letter of Compliance is not required or the previous Letter of Compliance is still valid.	-

*   A valid report of completion should include the compliance of requirements issued by the concerned departments and submission of required documents (for report of completion to FEHD).
